This shorty is adorable! We're not sure what genes gave him his tiny legs, but he sure is cute. Maximus was found roaming the streets of Virginia by a local family. They tried to find his home and when they couldn't, they adopted him. He spent three years living with them, but when the baby of the house became more mobile, it became clear that toddlers weren't Maximus' cup of tea. The owners knew Maximus would be happier in a toddler-free home, so they surrendered him to OBG. This friendly 8-year-old loves people and soaks up all the attention you want to give him. He's housebroken and had full access to the house when his owners were out. No puppy foolishness for this guy! Maximus would rather curl up on the couch for a nice long nap. Maximus' forever home would be one that could give him daily walks and lots of love. He's lived with another dog in the past and prefers his canine companions to be on the submissive side. He'd be good with older children or in an adult-only home. We'll know more about Maximus once he's in a foster home, but so far, this pup seems short and sweet!
